Well, I am thinking of either getting an accelerator board for my A4000 - either an 060 one or 040 50Mhz (Over clocked)....Well, according to the Amiga side, an 060 does about 39 mips on the benchmarks and an 040 40Mhz at about 30 mips. I know that the 060 could go up to about 80 mips but no s/w has been optimised so probably will never do so...My question is how about on the Mac side? Can someone post up some benchmarks on both the 060 speeds and the 040 speeds please?
